Infiterra is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage and grow customer relationships across its global B2B SaaS platform. This role is responsible for guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion while acting as a strategic advisor. The position is fully remote and requires strong consultative skills, structured execution, and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation to ensure smooth platform adoption.
- Deliver training sessions and enablement programs across customer teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor by identifying business drivers and guiding scalable solutions.
- Own ongoing account management including QBRs, strategic reviews, and success planning.
- Monitor product usage, customer health metrics, and adoption indicators.
- Identify retention risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of four years experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management within B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience owning accounts end-to-end, including onboarding, renewals, and expansion.
- Strong consultative mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and reframe requests.
- Experience working with complex SaaS platforms and multiple stakeholders.
- Confidence engaging with senior leaders and executive-level customers.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel when required.
