Strategy and Operations Associate

SafeRide Health is a healthcare technology and services company focused on reducing barriers to care through non-emergency medical transportation solutions across the United States. As a Strategy and Operations Associate, you will support data-driven decision-making across the organization, leading analytical projects, improving operational processes, and partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.

SafeRide Health is seeking a Strategy and Operations Associate to play a critical role within its Strategy & Operations team. This position focuses on driving analytical initiatives, supporting senior leadership, and improving operational effectiveness across the organization. The role is fully remote and offers direct exposure to executive decision-making in a growth-stage healthcare technology company.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior executives and department leaders to address organizational questions and mitigate business risks.
- Lead data-driven projects including contract analysis, internal performance reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Strategy team to document and refine internal operational strategies.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, job aids, and internal documentation.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement operational improvements.
- Coordinate with the business intelligence team to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong Excel modeling skills and ability to analyze data for actionable insights.
- At least one year of experience in management consulting, business operations, or data analytics.
- Strong problem-solving skills using both quantitative and qualitative approaches.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, growth-oriented environment.
