OKX is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead its influencer and affiliate growth strategy across Latin America. This role combines regional leadership with hands-on execution, focusing on scalable user acquisition through KOLs, communities, and affiliate networks. The position is fully remote and plays a key role in driving OKX’s long-term growth and market leadership in LATAM.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the KOL and affiliate growth strategy aligned with regional objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a regional team of Business Development Managers.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with influencers, communities, and affiliate partners.
- Oversee localized influencer and affiliate campaigns to drive user growth and trading volume.
- Monitor performance using analytics, KPIs, and reporting to optimize campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, Brand, and Legal teams on execution and compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years experience in business development, partnerships, or affiliate marketing.
- Proven track record managing teams and leading cross-functional regional initiatives.
- Demonstrated success driving growth through influencer and affiliate programs.
- Strong understanding of LATAM markets and regional crypto or fintech ecosystems.
- Fluency in Spanish and English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.
