Syniti is seeking an experienced Managing Consultant - Data Migration to support large-scale SAP implementation programs for global enterprise clients. This role is critical to ensuring successful data migration outcomes by combining deep SAP functional expertise with strong leadership, planning, and client-facing capabilities. The consultant will work across onsite and offshore teams, guiding data migration strategy and execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP data migration activities including analysis, reporting, conversion, and harmonization.
- Provide expert business-process analysis across SAP functional modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PP, or PS.
- Create and maintain SAP data migration plans, integration plans, and cutover plans.
- Execute data extraction, transformation, and load processes using SAP and enterprise migration tools.
- Drive blueprint workshops and collaborate with client SMEs and business-process experts.
- Train and mentor team members on SAP data migration tools and methodologies.
Requirements:
- 11–16 years of SAP techno-functional or functional experience.
- Participation in at least three full SAP implementation lifecycles.
- Strong experience with SAP data migration tools and data quality practices.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL querying.
- Proven ability to lead teams within onsite-offshore delivery models.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
