As Senior Learning Experience Designer, Operations Enablement, you will lead the design and management of scalable onboarding and training programs across Operations. This role focuses on modernizing learning through digital content, LMS ownership, and knowledge management systems to enable high-performing teams in a fast-growing healthcare environment.

Job Description

 

Spring Health is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer, Operations Enablement to design, deliver, and continuously improve training and onboarding experiences for multiple Operations teams. This role plays a critical part in centralizing enablement, strengthening knowledge management, and ensuring employees are equipped to perform effectively in a hyper-growth environment.


Responsibilities:
- Manage intake and prioritization of training and enablement requests across Operations
- Design and develop engaging, scalable eLearning for onboarding and ongoing training
- Own and administer the Learning Management System, including assignments, reporting, and learning paths
- Serve as the LMS subject matter expert, ensuring governance, structure, and data accuracy
- Co-own and expand the Guru knowledge base, maintaining content standards and accessibility
- Partner with subject matter experts and leaders to review, approve, and maintain up-to-date content


Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design or training roles
- Strong experience managing LMS platforms and digital authoring tools
- Proven ability to translate business needs into impactful learning solutions
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple workstreams in fast-changing environments
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills in remote settings
