FP Markets is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to support expansion across the MENA region. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, strengthening regional partnerships, and growing the client base within the FX and CFD trading ecosystem. Responsibilities:
- Develop assigned countries or territories by converting leads into active clients and partners
- Identify, engage, and acquire trading professionals across social platforms, forums, and communities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners including IBs, affiliates, and money managers
- Support onboarding of new trading clients and partners in coordination with customer support teams
- Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams on localized sales and marketing initiatives
- Monitor partner performance, optimize activities, and ensure KPIs are achieved
Requirements:
- Proven experience in FX, CFD, or online trading industry
- Background in sales, business development, or partnership management
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment
- Willingness to travel to industry conferences and business meetings when required
