Gorilla Logic is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead its technical vision as the company evolves into an AI-enabled, solution-oriented digital engineering partner. This executive role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical influence across sales, solutions engineering, and delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate a clear technical vision aligned with business strategy and market positioning
- Act as a senior technical partner to Sales, supporting complex pursuits and executive-level customer discussions
- Lead and scale the Solutions Engineering function to deliver consistent, outcome-focused solution designs
- Design and evolve packaged solution offerings including modernization, platform engineering, and AI-accelerated delivery
- Provide architectural guidance and modernization leadership across client engagements
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices across engineering teams

Requirements:
- Senior technology leadership experience in roles such as CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Technology
- Background in product engineering consulting or services organizations
- Proven success supporting enterprise sales and shaping technical solutions that win complex deals
- Deep expertise in modern software engineering, cloud-native platforms, and product development
- Hands-on experience implementing and scaling AI-assisted development tools
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
