xpate is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of its most critical user-facing and internal systems. This role is designed for a builder who thrives in high-ownership environments and enjoys deeply understanding user needs, automating workflows, and shipping meaningful product improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of client onboarding, client portal, and internal operations systems
- Conduct user research to uncover explicit and implicit pain points across customer and internal workflows
- Design and prototype user flows, concepts, and wireframes in close collaboration with designers and engineers
- Identify and implement automation and AI-driven solutions to eliminate manual processes
- Design internal dashboards and tools to improve operational efficiency and visibility
- Define success metrics, analyze user behavior, and iterate continuously based on data insights
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience shipping B2B products in fintech, BaaS, or payments
- Deep domain expertise in onboarding, compliance, identity verification, and payment workflows
- Strong proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Framer, or Sketch
- Experience using analytics platforms, automation tools, and AI assistants to accelerate delivery
- Proven ability to take extreme ownership and drive initiatives end-to-end
- Strong judgment to challenge requirements and propose better user-centered solutions
