Restaurant Onboarding Associate

As a Restaurant Onboarding Associate, you will manage and execute the end-to-end onboarding of new restaurant partners onto the Sharebite platform. The role focuses on operational setup, training, cross-functional coordination, and process improvement to ensure restaurant partners launch smoothly and are set up for long-term success.

Sharebite is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Restaurant Onboarding Associate to support the successful launch of new restaurant partners on its platform. This role plays a critical part in ensuring restaurants are operationally ready, trained, and aligned with Sharebite standards from day one.

Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new restaurant partners
- Execute onboarding workflows including profile setup, menu coordination, configuration, and testing
- Provide clear training and onboarding support to restaurant teams
- Troubleshoot onboarding issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve blockers
- Analyze onboarding trends and partner feedback to identify process improvements
- Maintain accurate onboarding documentation and internal resources
