Director, Project Management

As Director of Project Management, you will lead complex, multi-project client engagements while overseeing delivery quality, financial performance, and client relationships. The role also includes managing and mentoring a PMO team, contributing to business development, and shaping delivery processes across a fast-growing professional services organization.

OneSix is seeking a Director, Project Management to lead strategic client engagements while building scalable delivery excellence across the organization. This role blends hands-on delivery leadership with people management, operational oversight, and process development in a professional services environment focused on data, AI, and machine learning solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project management for 1–2 complex, strategic client engagements
- Provide delivery oversight to ensure projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets
- Partner with delivery leads to ensure client satisfaction and profitable outcomes
- Support account management and long-term client relationship growth
- Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers and Program Managers
- Contribute to PMO growth through hiring, onboarding, and professional development

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in professional services or consulting environments
- Proven delivery of large-scale, multi-functional technology implementations
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies including Agile and Scrum
- Experience managing global delivery teams and complex project financials
- Demonstrated people management and leadership capabilities
- Ability to develop delivery processes, estimates, proposals, and statements of work
