Immersive One, a global leader in cyber resilience, is seeking a Cyber Resilience Advisor for its UAE team. This role focuses on embedding with clients to help them achieve long-term cyber maturity, driving business outcomes, and maximizing platform adoption. The advisor acts as a trusted consultant, providing guidance, strategy, and operational support to ensure sustained cyber resilience across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with key customers to understand business objectives, cybersecurity initiatives, and desired outcomes
- Establish strategies and roadmaps to enhance cyber workforce resilience through a programmatic approach
- Engage C-level executives and technical professionals via Executive Business Reviews
- Recommend improvements to current programs and suggest new cybersecurity initiatives
- Drive adoption of the Immersive Labs Platform and maximize its value
- Act as a liaison between customers, product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure success
Requirements:
- 5+ years in information security, consulting, or customer success roles
- Extensive experience in client-facing roles with both technical and executive stakeholders
- Proficiency in IT fundamentals, networking, security tools, and cloud environments
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, compliance, and standards
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux systems, security tools, and public cloud environments
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field preferred
