Hire Hangar is seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to support a growing healthcare-focused sales team. This role is designed for an early-career sales professional who is comfortable handling inbound enquiries, qualifying prospects, and supporting senior sales executives by setting high-quality appointments. The position operates fully remotely and requires alignment with US time zones, supporting healthcare clients with timely, professional engagement.


Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and web enquiries from prospective healthcare clients.
- Qualify inbound leads using defined criteria and route opportunities appropriately.
- Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead activity and interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up with inbound prospects to ensure timely and consistent engagement.
- Learn and clearly articulate the company’s healthcare-focused value proposition.


Requirements:
- Experience in a sales, customer support, or appointment-setting role.
- Proven prior experience working remotely using collaboration tools.
- Experience engaging with US or UK-based companies or customers.
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with prospects by phone.
- Basic experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote working environment.
