Inbeat Agency is seeking a Senior Creator Ops Manager to lead and scale the operational infrastructure supporting its Influencer Marketing and UGC/Performance Creative teams. This role is responsible for building systems, workflows, and automations that enable efficient creator coordination, reliable delivery, and high-quality output across two rapidly growing service lines.
Responsibilities:
- Rebuild and manage end-to-end influencer and UGC creator workflows, from sourcing to delivery.
- Design systems for creator onboarding, briefs, approvals, deliverables, and revision management.
- Maintain creator databases, performance tracking, and quality scoring frameworks.
- Build dashboards providing visibility into timelines, capacity, throughput, and SLAs.
- Align delivery teams and ensure creators remain on track against deadlines.
Requirements:
- Deep experience building workflows and automations using ClickUp, Airtable, and automation tools.
- Proven ability to design scalable systems supporting creator or production-heavy operations.
- Experience managing high volumes of creators, deliverables, and timelines simultaneously.
- Strong ability to translate complex business needs into structured, efficient processes.
- High attention to detail, strong documentation habits, and consistent follow-through.
- Clear communication skills and a strong operational mindset.
