The Change Management Analyst II supports global transformation initiatives within Customer Operations, helping teams adopt new ways of working, including generative AI. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, communication, training support, and driving positive employee experience during periods of change.

Job Description

 

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Change Management Analyst II to support transformation initiatives across Global Customer Operations. This role plays a key part in enabling successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working, including the use of generative AI tools. Working closely with global stakeholders, the analyst helps ensure change initiatives deliver value while maintaining a positive and inclusive employee experience.


Responsibilities:
- Assess the impact of business, process, and role changes, identifying risks and potential resistance.
- Support the development and execution of change plans, including communications, training, and engagement activities.
- Create clear and accessible communication materials explaining the purpose and impact of change initiatives.
- Partner with Learning and Development and project teams to support effective training and adoption.
- Gather and analyse feedback to track adoption, engagement, and effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and teams during periods of transition.


Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent practical experience in organizational development, business, human resources, or a related field.
- Experience supporting transformation or technology-enabled change initiatives.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks or methodologies.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to analyse feedback and translate insights into practical recommendations.
- Comfort working with digital tools, including generative AI and collaboration platforms.
