We are seeking a focused and energetic Employee Services Manager to join our global team. The role involves ensuring exceptional employee support and experience throughout the employment lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, handling queries on payroll, benefits, PTO, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain service quality and compliance.

Job Description

 

Global Expansion, an independent subsidiary of Equus Software, is seeking an Employee Services Manager to enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role focuses on providing end-to-end support to employees, ensuring a seamless experience across all stages of their employment lifecycle. The successful candidate will drive communication, process improvements, and engagement initiatives within a dynamic global environment.


Responsibilities:
- Oversee communication with employees, handling inquiries related to onboarding, payroll, benefits, PTO, and expense management.
- Facilitate employee meetings, record minutes, define clear actions, and distribute outcomes to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and in-country partners to resolve service issues and unique employee requests promptly.
- Maintain and improve employee experience, ensuring adherence to SLAs and fostering positive relationships with employees, clients, and partners.
- Support service delivery, identify process improvement opportunities, and participate in special projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Manage employee offboarding, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, accurate final pay processing, and thorough documentation.


Requirements:
- Proven experience in employee services, HR, or EOR operations, with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to lead projects, analyze survey data, and implement engagement initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in process management and compliance.
- Familiarity with payroll systems, benefits administration, and HR software platforms.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global work environment.
