The Legends Agency is seeking a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their remote-first team focused on international Go-To-Market (GTM) placements. The role provides an opportunity to manage a warm desk while building a client base, driving revenue, and delivering high-quality talent across sales and commercial functions. The position operates within UK working hours and rewards performance with uncapped commission.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM, sales, and commercial roles across international regions.
- Develop new client relationships and proactively win new business beyond existing accounts.
- Source, assess, and deliver high-calibre candidates to meet client needs.
- Maintain and grow a warm desk with existing clients and live roles.
- Provide market insights and advice on hiring strategy and talent trends.
- Track and consistently achieve revenue growth through placements and new account development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of 360 recruitment experience in an agency environment.
- Proven track record of developing and supplying to new clients.
- Background in GTM, sales, or commercial recruitment preferred.
- Skilled in managing high-volume roles across multiple regions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely, with experience using recruitment tools like Zoho Recruit or Apollo.io preferred.
