The Recruitment Delivery Consultant at Talent Shore is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates to ensure timely and high-quality delivery aligned with client needs. This role is part of the Talent Delivery team and requires proactive management of talent pools, candidate interactions, and client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and rigorously map talent pools within specialist verticals.
- Source active and passive candidates using headhunting, networks, job boards, referrals, and social channels.
- Conduct detailed qualification calls and structured candidate interviews to ensure role fit.
- Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, including CV submission, interview stages, offer management, and onboarding.
- Provide high-quality shortlists within 48 hours of receiving a brief, ensuring complete and accurate candidate profiles.
- Support client-facing teams with role-specific insights, intelligence gathering, and expectation management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing, talent pooling, and delivery operations.
- Demonstrated experience delivering resourcing across international markets with sensitivity to regional talent landscapes and cultural nuances.
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple roles at pace in a process-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems such as Salesforce.
- Understanding of contingent recruitment, advisory-led managed services, or project-based delivery is advantageous.
