Dsquares is seeking a People and Culture Specialist to support the delivery of employee experience, engagement, and internal communications initiatives that reinforce a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This role acts as a culture ambassador, helping to strengthen employee connection, belonging, and alignment with the Dsquares brand across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to People and Culture initiatives and support delivery of the annual People Plan.
- Support the design and execution of employee experience, recognition, culture, and DEI programs.
- Coordinate internal events, townhalls, and cross-cluster engagement initiatives.
- Manage culture calendars covering DEIB, wellness, and cultural communications.
- Activate and support Culture Champion networks to encourage employee participation.
- Execute People and Culture communications across newsletters, intranet, email, video, and presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in People and Culture, employee engagement, or internal communications.
- Strong interpersonal, writing, and editing skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects with high attention to detail.
- Experience creating and delivering content across multiple communication channels.
- Creativity, collaboration skills, and the ability to simplify complex messages.
