The Technical Trainer – MDR role is responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining high-quality technical training programs that support MDR operational excellence. This role works closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure training content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with evolving cyber threats.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical training on MDR operations, threat identification, analysis, and incident response.
- Develop and maintain training curricula using operational processes, engineering documentation, and product materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate accuracy and relevance of course content.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure training reflects current product capabilities and procedures.
- Conduct remote classroom sessions and hands-on labs for diverse audiences.
- Regularly update documentation and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in a cybersecurity environment.
- At least 1 year experience developing technical training content or working in a formal training role.
- Hands-on experience using a Learning Management System.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to explain complex cybersecurity concepts in a clear and simple manner.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
