The SAP SD Lead (Public Cloud) role is a senior functional leadership position focused on designing, configuring, and delivering end-to-end Order-to-Cash solutions using SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. This role partners closely with business users, cross-functional SAP teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure scalable, best-practice-driven implementations that support global business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP SD solution design and configuration covering order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
- Drive complex SAP SD scenarios including pricing procedures, copy control, output determination, and partner determination.
- Collaborate with FI, MM/Procurement, WM/EWM, and other SAP modules to ensure seamless integration.
- Own integration touchpoints between SAP SD and external systems such as CRM, CPQ, eCommerce, and logistics platforms.
- Oversee SD-related data migration activities including mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
- Lead testing activities including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of hands-on SAP SD functional experience.
- Experience leading at least two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations as an SD Lead.
- Deep expertise in SAP SD configuration across Order-to-Cash processes.
- Strong experience integrating SAP SD with FI, MM/Procurement, and related modules.
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA data models and SD-specific innovations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
