Responsibilities:
- Maintain and service CT, PET, MR, Vascular, Surgery, or Digital Radiography systems in the assigned area.
- Perform system-level electronic and mechanical troubleshooting on complex equipment issues.
- Interface daily with doctors and technicians regarding equipment status and service updates.
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives and assist with user training when required.
- Contribute to business growth by identifying service and sales opportunities.
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks, inspections, and field modification instructions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- 4–5 years of field service experience with medical imaging equipment.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with in-depth modality knowledge.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to quality and compliance standards.
