Staff Data Analyst

The Staff Data Analyst plays a strategic role within the IT and Data Strategy function, focusing on building trusted, governed data foundations and delivering high-impact analytics and AI-enabled insights that support executive decision-making and enterprise growth.

Responsibilities:
- Operationalize AI-driven analytics using LLMs and agentic AI with proper governance controls.
- Build and maintain scalable data models and a semantic layer in collaboration with data engineering teams.
- Develop and manage DBT pipelines, including sources, staging models, marts, and tests.
- Deliver executive-ready insights and narratives using Snowflake, GSuite, and BI tools.
- Lead cross-functional analytics projects from requirements gathering through adoption.
- Establish and enforce metric definitions, data standards, and single source of truth models.

Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in analytics, data strategy, or business intelligence roles.
- Expert-level SQL skills and strong experience with Snowflake data modeling.
- Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade DBT pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools, governed dashboards, and role-based access controls.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience using AI tools and LLM-assisted workflows for analytics.
