Senior AI Operations & Automation Manager

This position partners closely with leadership to redesign workflows, deploy intelligent agents, and deliver measurable operational leverage across multiple portfolio companies.

The Senior AI Operations & Automation Manager is a hands-on, strategic role responsible for building and scaling advanced automation and AI systems that drive operational efficiency. Acting as a close partner to the founder, this role focuses on redesigning business processes, deploying AI-powered solutions, and ensuring automations deliver real business impact across multiple portfolio companies.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain complex automation workflows using n8n, Make.com, and Zapier.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and redesign workflows for scalability.
- Develop and deploy AI-powered agents for tasks such as email automation, document generation, and internal support.
- Integrate AI and automation solutions with tools including ClickUp, CRMs, email platforms, and internal dashboards.
- Ensure all automations are stable, well-documented, and require minimal manual intervention.
- Advise the founder on prioritizing automation and AI initiatives based on business value and ROI.

Requirements:
- Five or more years of experience in automation, operations engineering, or AI-integrated systems.
- Strong hands-on expertise with n8n or Make.com, including APIs and webhooks.
- Proven experience building AI agents or RAG-based chatbots for operational use.
- Ability to translate business problems into effective technical solutions.
- High familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management platforms.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage projects end to end.
