Financial Controller

The Financial Controller role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight across the organization. The Financial Controller will play a critical role in overseeing the company’s financial health by managing core accounting functions, payroll, reporting, and strategic financial planning. Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting and finance functions with accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Execute and review high-volume payroll processing on a regular basis.
- Oversee general ledger activities, including AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and scenario analysis.
- Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to support strategic decisions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of experience in accounting or finance in a senior individual role.
- Strong hands-on experience with high-volume payroll processing.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero accounting platforms.
- Solid understanding of payroll compliance, statutory requirements, and accounting standards.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
