The Business Development Representative role at LeaseHub is a high-impact outbound sales position supporting rapid growth within the real estate SaaS market. This role is designed for individuals who are confident communicators, comfortable with high call volumes, and motivated by clear KPIs and performance-based rewards. The BDR works closely with company leadership to generate qualified meetings and build early-stage customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Execute a minimum of 70 outbound cold touches per day via phone, SMS, and email
- Communicate confidently in English with clear phone presence and pacing
- Use provided scripts and talk tracks while adapting to live conversations
- Book qualified demo meetings directly for the CEO
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records in HubSpot
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and meetings
Requirements:
- Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation and phone confidence
- Experience in outbound sales, BDR or SDR roles, call centers, or appointment setting
- Comfort handling 70–100+ cold calls per day in a structured environment
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours with required time zone overlap
- High level of coachability, competitiveness, and goal orientation
- Familiarity with browser-based tools such as Google Drive, LinkedIn, or messaging apps
