The company is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Assistant / Excel Specialist to support sales operations, reporting, and data management. This role is critical in maintaining accurate records, improving workflow efficiency, and providing the sales team with reliable insights through structured data and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update sales tracking spreadsheets and dashboards using advanced Excel functions.
- Manage and support lead, contact, and pipeline data within the Pipedrive CRM system.
- Assist the sales team with data entry, reporting, and follow-up coordination.
- Monitor and extract project and lead data from construction platforms such as Dodge Construction Central.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for internal use.
- Perform administrative support tasks including scheduling, email correspondence, and document preparation.
Requirements:
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data validation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, with Pipedrive experience considered an advantage.
- Exposure to construction lead platforms is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
