Expedock is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to support business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers within the logistics and freight forwarding industry. This role is focused on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development while working closely with sales and account teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and lead research.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients to introduce Expedock solutions and spark meaningful conversations.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their operational needs, readiness, and fit with the platform.
- Educate prospects on how Expedock’s solutions can add value to freight forwarding operations.
- Coordinate with sales and account teams to schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
- Provide detailed prospect insights to ensure smooth handoff to sales teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales development, sales, or marketing roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and meet performance targets.
- Solid problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and pipeline data in CRM systems.
- Client management experience is an advantage.
- Must be based in the Philippines.
