Expedock is seeking a detail-oriented Freight Data Validator to support its mission of modernizing global shipping and supply chain operations. This role focuses on validating and processing freight-related documents generated through AI systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality data standards across logistics workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Review and validate shipping and logistics documents processed by AI systems for accuracy and completeness.
- Process a high volume of freight documents including Bills of Lading, customs declarations, invoices, and shipment manifests.
- Perform data entry and validation across workflows such as billing, invoicing, arrival notices, and shipment tracking.
- Ensure seamless data flow across import, export, and shipment-related processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data integrity and improve AI training outcomes.
- Follow established procedures while identifying discrepancies and escalating issues when required.
Requirements:
- Experience working in freight forwarding, shipping lines, or brokerage firms.
- Familiarity with shipping documentation such as BOLs, AWBs, packing lists, and invoices.
- Strong attention to detail with proven data entry and validation experience.
- Comfort using modern software tools and computer systems.
