Aprio is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support its National Tax Office. This mid-level role provides high-level administrative and operational support to executive leaders, ensuring efficiency, confidentiality, and effective coordination across tax and risk-related functions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including calendar management, meeting preparation, and handling confidential materials.
- Prioritize, triage, and respond to emails and time-sensitive requests on behalf of executive leadership.
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, filings, and documentation with high attention to detail.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on National Tax Office and risk-related matters.
- Maintain organized technical memos, policies, and resource libraries with proper version control.
- Support project management activities by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience supporting executive-level roles in tax, accounting, or professional services environments.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments with minimal supervision.
