Job Description

 

Growe is seeking a Data Analyst to support business growth through high-quality analytics, reporting, and insight generation. This role focuses on transforming complex data into clear narratives that guide decision-making across regions, teams, and performance channels.


Responsibilities:
- Translate complex datasets into clear insights, visualizations, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Validate, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources for analysis.
- Contribute to data quality initiatives by identifying inconsistencies, gaps, and logic issues.
- Support management and business teams with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Analyze traffic performance and unit economics across multiple regions.
- Develop KPIs and benchmarks across channels, geographies, and products.
- Support the improvement and maintenance of forecasting models.


Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in data analytics or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets.
- Solid understanding of performance and unit economics metrics such as CPA, LTV, conversion rates, ROMI, and retention.
- Strong skills in data validation, metric logic structuring, and process automation.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
