Beehiiv is seeking a Performance Analyst to join its Ad Solutions team during a phase of rapid global growth. This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing advertising performance across the network, ensuring strong outcomes for both advertisers and publishers. The position partners closely with Sales, Advertiser Success, Product, and Engineering teams to identify trends, resolve issues, and improve delivery frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily network performance including pacing, CTRs, conversions, and delivery trends.
- Analyze individual campaign results to identify optimization opportunities and performance drivers.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to design effective campaign strategies.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and weekly performance insights.
- Run structured experiments to test targeting, segmentation, and delivery strategies.
- Ensure accurate pixel setup, conversion tracking, and measurement logic.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, or growth analytics.
- Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, bidding, pacing, and budget optimization.
- Experience troubleshooting attribution, pixels, and event tracking.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools preferred.
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
