Stay Group is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist (Tier 1) to manage, grow, and optimize affiliate partnerships within the iGaming industry. This role focuses on sourcing high-quality traffic, strengthening partner relationships, and achieving performance targets across Tier-1 markets in a fast-growing, international marketing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard new affiliate partners through niche communities, forums, industry events, and digital channels.
- Manage and develop relationships with existing Tier-1 affiliate partners.
- Provide partners with guidance on setup, performance metrics, and traffic analytics.
- Monitor traffic quality, review commissions monthly, and prevent fraud using internal tools.
- Prepare and maintain regular performance and traffic reports.
- Achieve planned KPIs using company analytics and affiliate management tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of affiliate marketing experience focused on Tier-1 markets within iGaming.
- Hands-on experience working with operators or advertisers.
- Strong understanding of commission models including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, EPC, and flat fee.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and Google Sheets for performance tracking.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2–C1).
- Strong relationship-building, multitasking, and organizational skills.
