The Marketing Revenue Manager role is a hands-on position focused on owning and optimizing the full marketing-to-revenue funnel. This role is responsible for ensuring marketing activities directly contribute to pipeline growth, conversion, and revenue impact through rigorous data analysis, cross-functional alignment, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end marketing funnel from lead generation through pipeline contribution and conversion.
- Define, track, and report revenue-related KPIs across all marketing initiatives.
- Optimize campaigns, website performance, and outreach through A/B testing and data analysis.
- Align marketing budgets with ROI and revenue impact.
- Manage CRM systems and marketing automation tools to ensure clean data and accurate reporting.
- Build dashboards and unified reporting flows to support leadership decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on revenue-driven initiatives.
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels, pipeline attribution, and ROI measurement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing and sales data.

- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 or higher).
