Team Updraft is seeking an Entrepreneurial WordPress Enthusiast to join WP-Optimize as a Product Innovator. This role plays a key part in defining and driving the future direction of WP-Optimize, a widely used WordPress performance optimization solution. The position combines deep WordPress expertise with product thinking, customer engagement, and cross-functional leadership in a fully remote, flexible environment.

Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for WP-Optimize.
- Engage directly with customers, former users, and non-customers to understand needs and pain points.
- Ideate new features and solutions that improve WordPress performance and usability.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create prototypes and translate ideas into usable designs.
- Work closely with developers to guide feature delivery from concept through release.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the product.

Requirements:
- Strong, hands-on experience with WordPress ecosystems and products.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
- Experience in product-focused, entrepreneurial, or innovation-driven roles.
