Senior Full Stack Developer

The position centers on full stack development, cloud engineering, and DevSecOps, enabling rapid prototyping, modernization, and scaling of compliant digital solutions in a remote, contract-to-hire environment.

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to support an innovation lab dedicated to designing and engineering modern, cloud-native products for government clients. This role operates at the intersection of application development, cloud platforms, and DevSecOps, contributing to secure, scalable, and compliant solutions using emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Java and React-based full stack proof-of-concept applications in cloud environments.
- Operate and support an innovation lab focused on modernization and rapid prototyping.
- Design and implement automated DevSecOps pipelines using industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, data specialists, and product owners.
- Ensure applications meet high standards for security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in full stack development, cloud platforms, and DevSecOps.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Proven experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments.
- Strong background working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and meet residency requirements.
