Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business is seeking an Assistant Director, Admissions and Marketing for its EMBA and IBP programs in Dubai. This hybrid role focuses on managing recruitment, marketing, and admissions processes to achieve enrollment goals. The position involves coordinating with internal and external marketing teams, managing applicant journeys, and supporting all aspects of admissions and marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing, recruitment, and admissions plans.
- Manage recruitment outreach, responding to emails, calls, and walk-in inquiries, and creating procedures for follow-up with prospects.
- Support admissions processes including document review, first reads, and interview scheduling.
- Ensure marketing content, both printed and online, is up to date.
- Create and execute email communication strategies using marketing automation tools.
- Liaise with external marketing firms to monitor paid advertising campaigns across digital, social, search, programmatic, out-of-home, sponsored content, and streaming channels.
- Collaborate with Academic Directors, Associate Dean, and internal marketing teams to align on recruitment and admissions efforts.
- Manage external vendors related to marketing and events.
- Provide professional guidance to prospective students regarding program offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Marketing and events-related experience.
- Residency in Dubai required; attested degree necessary for UAE employment visa.
- Preferred experience in higher education admissions and familiarity with marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
