Regional Sales Manager - Middle-East (SIEM Sales)

This role focuses on managing and expanding enterprise accounts across the Middle East, providing cybersecurity advisory, account management, and upsell opportunities. The position requires experience in SIEM sales, enterprise account management, and consultative selling within the UAE and Saudi markets.

Securonix is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and account management across the Middle East for its AI-reinforced SIEM and cybersecurity solutions. This role focuses on enterprise accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, expanding business, and acting as a strategic cybersecurity advisor. You will work closely with security leaders to optimize the use of Securonix products, including SIEM, UEBA, SOAR, and TIP, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective account support.

Responsibilities:
- Lead account management for enterprise clients, focusing on SIEM and cybersecurity solutions.
- Drive customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing client needs.
- Manage renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and expand business within existing accounts.
- Advise clients on optimizing Securonix solutions and cybersecurity practices.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams to support account growth.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and technological advancements in cybersecurity.

Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in cybersecurity sales and enterprise account management, with SIEM expertise.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE or Saudi Arabian cybersecurity sales markets.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing key enterprise accounts.
- Experience selling to SOC teams within large organizations.
- Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings.
- Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-evolving cybersecurity landscape.
