Choco is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive commercial growth and partnerships within its global foodtech ecosystem. This role focuses on establishing and expanding relationships with food service distributors, delivering AI-powered solutions that optimize ordering, distribution, and finance processes. You will engage directly with key decision makers, negotiate complex deals, and support the company’s mission to create a more sustainable global food system.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of closing deals with distributor partners from initial contact to signed contract.
- Negotiate with both CEOs of large multi-million companies and family-run businesses.
- Develop and nurture connections through cold outreach, referrals, walk-ins, and prior relationships.
- Conduct live demos of Choco solutions to suppliers, demonstrating value and creating urgency.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to expand professional networks.
- Build long-term, win-win relationships with distributors to ensure ongoing partnerships.
- Propose new ideas, processes, and solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably with complex sales cycles.
- Ability to influence deal practices, scale negotiation tactics, and support team quotas.
- Ownership of full sales process and collaboration across departments to align objectives.
