Job Description

 

Whitecollars is hiring an Accounting & Admin Officer to support finance, HR, and administrative operations across its remote, global team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial management, efficient payroll processing, and smooth employee administration while supporting a people-first company culture.


Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and track budgets against forecasts.
- Issue client invoices and manage collections and payment follow-ups.
- Process monthly payroll, including bonuses and commissions, with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare employment contracts and manage employee onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, leave balances, and HR documentation.


Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting combined with HR or operations responsibilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
- Experience with payroll processing and HR administration.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
