Statistician with Python - Freelance AI Trainer

Mindrift is seeking experienced statisticians to join its platform as Freelance AI Trainers, contributing domain expertise to advanced generative AI projects. In this role, you will help improve AI systems by designing challenging statistical tasks, evaluating model reasoning, and correcting outputs to meet high-quality standards. The work is flexible, fully remote, and task-based, allowing you to contribute on your own schedule while meeting defined deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality prompts that challenge AI models on advanced statistical concepts.
- Define clear and comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate AI-generated responses.
- Review, assess, and correct model outputs using domain-specific statistical knowledge.
- Develop diverse and computationally intensive problems beyond basic parameter changes.
- Ensure corrections and feedback align with project guidelines and acceptance criteria.
- Adapt quickly to new methodologies, topics, and evolving project requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in statistics or a closely related discipline.
- Professional experience in applied statistics, econometrics, biostatistics, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, inference, and experimental design.
- Proficiency in Python and common data science libraries.
- Advanced English proficiency with strong written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote environment.
