Job Description

 

Contentsquare is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager, SDR Insights to reinforce the data, reporting, and operational foundation of its global Sales Development organization. This role partners closely with Growth Operations, SDR leadership, Finance, and RevOps to ensure performance data is accurate, actionable, and aligned with company growth objectives.


Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and own SDR data models, metrics of record, and performance benchmarks.
- Deliver ongoing analysis of funnel performance, conversion trends, and SLA compliance.
- Own and continuously improve SDR and lead dashboards across Salesforce and spreadsheet-based tools.
- Ensure Salesforce data quality and integrity through documentation, QA processes, and governance frameworks.
- Act as a strategic business partner to SDR leadership by translating data into clear, actionable insights.
- Support enablement initiatives, process improvements, and reporting cadence optimization across teams.


Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, FP&A, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting and advanced Excel or Google Sheets usage.
- Proven ability to clean, structure, and analyze data using formulas, pivots, and transformations.
- Strong analytical storytelling skills with the ability to present insights to business stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting SDR or BDR teams and familiarity with funnel metrics is preferred.
