Job Description

 

Inside Out VA is hiring an Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator to support a medical massage therapy practice focused on therapeutic care, pain relief, and injury support. This full-time remote role acts as a right-hand partner to the business owner, blending marketing, client experience, and executive support to help relaunch and scale the practice.


Responsibilities:
- Plan, write, and schedule email newsletters and marketing campaigns to drive bookings
- Create and repurpose content from owner-provided ideas into emails, social posts, and simple campaigns
- Engage with leads and clients through social media, messages, calls, and texts to encourage bookings
- Answer and return incoming calls and messages, ensuring no inquiries are missed
- Manage scheduling, rescheduling, and client follow-ups with accuracy and empathy
- Provide executive and administrative support, organizing tasks, notes, calendars, and priorities


Requirements:
- Very strong spoken and written English suitable for United States-based clients
- Proven experience in marketing, client acquisition, or customer-facing service roles
- Strong copywriting skills for emails, campaigns, and promotional content
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple priorities
- Comfort handling phone-based client communication and relationship building
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, and online communication tools
