Nearshore Business Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Business Operations to lead complex, high-impact initiatives across business functions. This role is fully remote and focused on business-side project management rather than IT delivery, requiring strong leadership, executive communication, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the definition and ownership of project and program scope, including charters, Statements of Work, and business vision documents
- Drive end-to-end project execution, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, benefits, and risks across cross-functional initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to identify requirements in ambiguous settings and translate them into clear milestones and deliverables
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost-benefit analyses to support planning and approvals
- Proactively identify issues, risks, and dependencies, and recommend practical mitigation strategies
- Establish clear program communications, including status reporting, issue escalation, and executive-level updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- More than 10 years of experience leading complex, business-side projects or programs
- Proven experience in cross-matrixed, enterprise-level environments
- Advanced English communication skills suitable for executive audiences
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
- High level of self-direction, accountability, and comfort with limited structure
