- Source and identify qualified IT and non-technical candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social media, and databases.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Craft personalized and engaging outreach messages to attract potential candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Act as an initial point of contact, representing the company brand and culture to candidates.
- Continuously explore and implement new sourcing strategies and tools to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sourcing or recruitment roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
