Nearshore Business Solutions is seeking a Business Systems & AI Specialist to support system integrations, automation, and AI enablement across the organization. This full-time remote role focuses on optimizing digital workflows, improving data visibility, and driving operational efficiency through modern technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations across business-critical platforms.
- Build automation workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom APIs.
- Identify and implement AI-driven enhancements for reporting, documentation, and analytics.
- Research, test, and deploy emerging AI tools to support multiple departments.
- Develop and maintain centralized databases and real-time KPI dashboards.
- Provide technical support and ensure effective adoption of digital tools company-wide.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with system integrations and automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI tools, workflow optimization, and productivity automation.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and KPI reporting systems.
- Ability to manage databases and ensure accurate, real-time data flow.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting internal users.
- Ability to collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and HR.
