Zicasso is seeking a Traveler Care Specialist to deliver exceptional service to luxury travelers while supporting the company’s global network of travel partners. This fully remote role operates at the intersection of customer service, travel consultation, and sales, ensuring travelers receive personalized guidance and outstanding support throughout their engagement with Zicasso.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and manage traveler inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging platforms.
- Build trusted relationships with luxury travelers by understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Convert general inquiries into destination-specific trip requests through consultative guidance.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge to maximize inquiry conversion and traveler satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Product, and Marketing teams to resolve issues.
- Leverage data, analytics, and internal tools to improve customer success and service quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in luxury travel sales, operations, or hospitality services.
- Strong passion for international travel with extensive personal or professional travel experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- High level of customer service orientation and comfort with phone-based consultations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information.
- Comfort working flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
