As a UX Design Lead at Koru UX Design, you will be responsible for leading complex UX engagements for enterprise and HealthTech clients while strengthening design execution, strategy, and team capability. This role combines hands-on design leadership with mentorship, client partnership, and process improvement, ensuring UX outcomes are aligned with both user needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end UX projects, owning strategy, execution plans, and final outcomes.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to align UX with business goals.
- Shape and deliver UX for complex B2B and enterprise applications, including AI-powered features.
- Review, refine, and own key UX deliverables while elevating overall design quality.
- Present UX strategies, insights, and solutions clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure UX decisions positively impact product adoption, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years leading UX teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX leadership, client engagement, and project ownership.
- Proven experience designing B2B or enterprise products; HealthTech experience is a plus.
- Solid understanding of UX research, prototyping, usability testing, and product development.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in AI-driven UX or AI-enabled design workflows.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
