Job Description

 

As the Director – People Business Partner (APAC) at Addepar, you will serve as the senior People leader for the region, owning the alignment of global people strategy with APAC business priorities. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-scaling environment, supporting leaders across R&D, Go-To-Market, and G&A functions while shaping a strong, values-driven employee experience.


Responsibilities:
- Localize and execute global people strategies aligned to APAC business goals and market needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on org design, workforce planning, talent development, and change management.
- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on people partnership in a growing regional structure.
- Coach and influence senior leaders and site management on people and performance priorities.
- Lead HR harmonization across the region to ensure consistent policies and practices.
- Drive culture, engagement, and employee listening initiatives across APAC.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, manage employee relations, and support investigations.
- Collaborate closely with global People partners, Legal, and Centers of Excellence.


Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in HR or People Business Partner roles.
- Prior experience leading people strategy in the APAC region.
- Strong background working within a U.S.-headquartered, global organization.
- Expertise in organizational design, change management, coaching, and employee relations.
- Ability to operate strategically while executing hands-on in lean environments.
