As a Commercial Account Manager at JumpCloud, you will own the full commercial lifecycle for a portfolio of customers and partners supporting the North American and LATAM markets. This role is responsible for protecting and expanding revenue through renewals, upsells, and long-term retention while working closely with internal teams to ensure customer success. You will operate as the commercial owner for your territory, managing a high-volume book of business in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage renewals, expansions, and retention across a hybrid portfolio of direct and partner-managed accounts.
- Lead commercial negotiations and value discussions with direct customers.
- Collaborate with channel partners to drive mutual growth and successful renewals.
- Analyze customer usage data and health metrics to identify upsell opportunities.
- Own forecasting, reporting, and Net ARR performance for your territory.
- Partner with Customer Success and Marketing to enable customer adoption and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, inside sales, renewals, or commercial sales roles.
- Prior experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage a high volume of accounts.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and revenue forecasting.
- Willingness and ability to work North American business hours.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
