The Inbound Sales Analyst role focuses on converting inbound leads into active merchants by managing onboarding, supporting compliance processes, and driving revenue growth. This position supports business expansion by building strong client relationships, collaborating cross-functionally, and consistently achieving sales targets in a fast-paced payments environment.

Kora is a leading African payments marketplace delivering secure, reliable, and easy-to-use payment solutions for businesses across the continent. As an Inbound Sales Analyst, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting inbound leads into active merchants and expanding Kora’s customer base. This role is suited for a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment and is eager to build a career in the payments industry.


Responsibilities:
- Review and qualify inbound sales leads on a daily basis.
- Engage prospects through phone calls, emails, and digital communication channels.
- Coordinate with compliance teams to support merchant KYC verification.
- Onboard at least 80 percent of qualified inbound leads successfully.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing and new clients.
- Collaborate with sales teammates to support overall business growth.


Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in telesales, business development, or sales analysis.
- Experience in B2B payments, financial services, or banking environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong phone-based sales experience and high-volume call handling.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
