As an Inbound Sales Analyst, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting inbound leads into active merchants and expanding Kora’s customer base. This role is suited for a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment and is eager to build a career in the payments industry.
Responsibilities:
- Review and qualify inbound sales leads on a daily basis.
- Engage prospects through phone calls, emails, and digital communication channels.
- Coordinate with compliance teams to support merchant KYC verification.
- Onboard at least 80 percent of qualified inbound leads successfully.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing and new clients.
- Collaborate with sales teammates to support overall business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in telesales, business development, or sales analysis.
- Experience in B2B payments, financial services, or banking environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong phone-based sales experience and high-volume call handling.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
